The Post Office are consulting about moving the counter at the newsagents in Beacon Street (photo left) to the convenience store (photo right) at 46/48 Wheel Lane. The approximate location is indicated on this map.
The move does offer the opportunity for: -
- A modern branch in newly refurbished premises.
- The same products and services you’re used to.
- Selected Post Office services will also be available at the retail counter during shop opening hours.
- Improved accessibility.
The consultation letter and poster are attached below. Anybody can respond directly. If you would like to inform BSARA of your views then please contact a committee member or e-mail us at bsara.committee@beaconstreetara.org. We will consider any community views before responding ourselves.
Details for contacting the Post Office directly — the consultation ends on 18/April/2013
