Staffordshire County Council are responsible for Highways – this includes:
- Street Lights and Signs;
- Roads and Pavements;
- Taffic Lights and Pedestrian Crossings; and
- Blocked Drains on Roads
Please report Highway faults to The Highways Hotline – between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday on 0300 111 8000 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can also use the County Council's online fault reporting system, if you prefer.
BSARA recommends FixMyStreet.com which will automatically forward faults to the appropriate local authority and which allows the community to track progress.
